Recents > favourites column
Implemented to streamline the user’s journey in finding desired content. After speaking with the finance and legal teams, they have contracts they regularly go to, therefore the decision was made to change left hand column from recently visited to favourites, which are created through user action by staring a contract

Traffic light system
Depicts priority of a card, action required (orange), action required and passed deadline date (red), no action required (green)

Sort function
Contract app for some users could have large amounts of data on screen, filters have been added to appropriate columns so that desired cards can be found easier. Users can filter by Priority, Date Created, Effective Date and Expiry Date

Stage counter
Indicates the user's current position in the process

Components using MaterialDesign.io
The apps framework will be Angular.js, therefore it made sense to use Material Design.io to streamline development

Review stage
Ensures users get a chance to review content updates to reduce user error

Undo section update notification
Ensuring contract data is correct is of the upmost importance, therefore after any update the user will be prompted with a notification to check the change was made on purpose, reducing user error
